
The 2011 Championships were shot at the Conservation Park of Richmond in Charles City, Virginia. 113 attended the shoot. The clouds looked bad on Monday, but the conditions were nearly perfect with very little wind and no rain throughout the day.

Marine Major General Croley fired the opening shot.

The shoot
is conducted over five days with the 20
on Monday, the 28 gauge on Tuesday, the 410 bore on Wednesday, doubles on
Monday-Tuesday, and the 12 gauge shot over Thursday and Friday. Shoot offs for the relevant events are shot each day except Thursday.
Thursday evening is the annual Hall of Fame banquet. Shoot-offs for the 12 gauge, HOA, and HAA events are held at 1600 on Friday.
