If the BOQ needs these rooms to meet their mission the reservation holder will be contacted 24 hours prior to notify him/her that there room is no longer available due to an Active duty member on orders. Once you occupy the room it is yours for the duration of your stay. RV Sites Recreational Vehicle spaces (20) for the 2013 ASSC and Prelim. will be available starting on the 30th of January 2013. You must call Paula at 910-440-7259. She is the only person you can deal with pertaining to RV spots for the Armed Services Skeet Championships and the Prelim. (The Pletcher Open) She will be available Monday thru Friday from 0800-1800. You must mention that you are coming here for the skeet shoot!!! If she is unavailable at the time of your call please leave her your name and number and she will return your call. She will need to know if you are here for either the Prelim and the ASSC or just one of them. Departure time is 1100 daily. Fees are $17.00 a day. We will have 8 reserved spaces on site for vendors; shoot staff and anyone with special requirements. These sites will have electricity only. Waste services will be available.
